Biography

My sincerest Greetings! I am a dedicated individual, a proud United States Army veteran, and a passionate advocate for financial literacy. I hail from the vibrant city of Little Rock, Arkansas. I grew up amidst humble beginnings in a family. I am the proud product of the determination that fuels the pursuit of my dreams.

I am one of five siblings and spent my formative years in Little Rock. Despite my modest background, I discovered the power of education early on. I pursued my academic journey with zeal, eventually earning four associate degrees from the esteemed University of Pulaski Technical College. My thirst for knowledge led me to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in management.

My life took a significant turn when I joined the United States Army, where I have served actively for thirteen years. As a dedicated Sergeant First Class, I am a first-generation military member, paving the way for future generations in both my family and my community.

In 2022, I embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, establishing my financial services business. My mission is to empower and inspire my community about the importance of financial literacy. Armed with a life insurance license, I am deeply committed to helping families secure their future. Additionally, I own a tax software company and a taxation academy, where I mentor and educate individuals on tax compliance and due diligence.

My commitment to excellence led me to become a Notary in 2010. I am also a proud member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, the National Notary Association, and hold the title of Loan Signing Agent and Remote Online Notary. Currently enrolled in the TaxMama program, I am preparing to become an Enrolled Agent, further enhancing my expertise in taxation.

Beyond my professional life, my heart lies with my family. I am a mother to two incredible children, Marley and Takoda, and a fur parent to our loyal companion, Lucky. Together, we reside in the welcoming community of North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Recently, I was honored to be recognized as an Ambassador of the Association of Black Tax Professionals, representing the state of Arkansas. This accolade underscores my commitment to making a difference in the lives of those around me.

As I continue my journey, I aspire to become a well-rounded individual, both personally and professionally. My dedication to service, education, and community empowerment drives me each day, and I look forward to the opportunities the future holds.
